BISP NSER Registration Centers
The registration process for the Benazir Income Support Program has been simplified significantly under the guidance of Chairperson BISP Shazia Murree. Over 600 BISP tehsil offices operate across Pakistan to facilitate registration. If you haven’t yet joined the program, you can register at your nearest Benazir office. The registration process is straightforward, and individuals visiting the Benazir Office for the National Socio-Economic Registry should bring the following documents:
- National Identity Card
- Children’s Nadra Bay Form
- Household electricity and gas bill
- Disabled Persons Disability Certificate
- Widow’s Death certificate of the husband
- Transgender identity card with gender marked as ‘transgender’
- Elderly and disabled persons above 60 years of age ID card
BISP Registration Check By CNIC 2023 Online
If you’ve previously registered with the BISP program, you can check your eligibility by sending your ID card number to 8171. Eligibility verification is crucial for program participation.

8171 Pass Gov PK – BISP Online Registration New Procedure
The Benazir Income Support Program, initiated during the Bhutto era in 2008, aims to alleviate poverty. Recruitment into the program initially relied on the NSCR survey. Subsequently, NSER representatives collected data from approximately 9 million families in 2011. After data collection, a database was created in collaboration with NSR representatives and NADRA to determine program eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria for 8171 Pass Gov PK
The Ehsaas program is targeted at providing financial assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals in Pakistan. The eligibility criteria established by the Government of Pakistan include:
- Monthly income below 9000
- No family member should be a government employee
- Possession of a National Identity Card
- Landownership should not exceed two acres
- No prior enrollment in any assistance program

The newly introduced Online 8171 Web Portal for the Benazir Income Support Program facilitates eligibility checks for deserving individuals in Pakistan. After registration, it is essential to verify eligibility using this portal. The eligibility check procedure involves entering your ID card number, a security code, and clicking ‘Know.’
How To Register in Ehsaas Program New Update
In a recent update to the Ehsaas program, registrations resumed in September. Nine million families will be included in the program, receiving financial assistance. Registration now involves the NSER survey, which gathers information on household conditions, monthly income, and expenses. Based on this data, individuals will be either eligible or ineligible for the Ehsaas program. If you’re not yet enrolled, please visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office for registration. Payments are set to begin at the end of September.
