The Pakistani government has launched the online registration process for the BISP Dynamic Survey. This initiative aims to include new families that were unintentionally omitted during the 8171 Ehsaas Program survey registration. The primary goal behind this survey system is to enroll more eligible families and facilitate forthcoming surveys across Pakistan. The registration of numerous households is expected to be completed in the year 2023-24. Notably, the dynamic survey is considered more dependable than the NSER service.
Those awaiting responses from the new BISP registration program will have the opportunity to finalize their registration process at the BISP Digital Service Centers located in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu. These centers are established in every district of Kashmir.
Dynamic Survey,
A digital iteration of the BISP survey, promises a streamlined and error-free registration process. This is particularly significant since the Ehsaas survey faced challenges in registering some eligible families. The dynamic survey commenced in April 2023. Eligibility for low-income families will be determined through the new BISP survey 2023-24, utilizing an automated verification process based on household assets.
It’s important to note that government employees,
business professionals, and individuals with significant wealth are not eligible for this program. Eligibility status will be communicated to applicants via the 8171 SMS service. Moreover, all households previously registered through the NSER survey will undergo a re-verification process through the dynamic survey, including online CNIC checks for existing beneficiaries of the Ehsaas program.
For those interested in participating in the BISP Dynamic Survey, the following documents are required when visiting a BISP center:
- Original identity card of the spouse.
- Original B-forms for children.
- Household electricity and gas bills.
Please take note:
- In the case of a widow, her identity card must be updated from NADRA after her husband’s passing.
- Women who have undergone divorce must update their NADRA-related identity cards.
- Persons with disabilities should provide their disability ID card if unable to visit in person.
