- Fill in your national identity card number in the form.
- Click the “Submit” button.
- Review and follow any essential instructions provided.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Laptop Scheme Phase III:
To be eligible for Phase III of the PM Laptop Scheme, students must meet the following criteria:
- Students must possess a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Students should be enrolled in Ph.D., MS, MPhil, or equivalent 18-year programs.
- Students must be enrolled in a 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s degree program (BS).
