Specifically, individuals who are 65 years of age or older, as well as members of the Khwaja Sara committee, have been allocated a dedicated registration day. This means that they can only register for the Benazir Income Support Program on specific days.
During the rest of the week, regular individuals can register at the Tehsil Offices of the Benazir Income Support Program. It has been noticed that there is often overcrowding at BISP offices on other days of the week. This overcrowding adversely affects special individuals and those over the age of 65. Consequently, BISP has decided to reserve specific days for their registration.

How to Register in BISP
The registration process for this program is straightforward and involves the following steps:
- Visit the nearest Benazir Income Support Program office with your national identity card number.
- A representative from the Benazir Income Support Program will assist you with the registration process.
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile phone via 8171.
- Following the message, you can collect your support payment from the nearest HBL Bank.
Registration Method for Khwaja Sara
For the first time in Pakistan, the Benazir Income Support Program has included Khawaja Sara individuals in the program. Here are the steps for their registration:
- Khawaja Sara individuals should visit their nearest NADRA office to obtain a national identity card that reflects their gender as KhajaSara.
- After obtaining this special identity card, visit the nearest Benazir Income Support Program office to submit an application for relief.
- Upon approval, they will receive a grant of Rs. 7000.
BISP NSER Registration Centers
The registration process for the Benazir Income Support Program is conducted through NSER Registration Centers. These centers are specially designed to assist individuals above the age of 60 and transgender individuals, providing them with financial support and an active role in society.
BISP NSER Dynamic Registry Centers have been established at BISP Tehsil Offices. Here, eligible individuals can complete their registration for the Benazir Income Support Program, ensuring their eligibility for future installments.
