  2. Send it to the 5566 utility store code.
  3. Wait for a confirmation message.
  4. If eligible, visit and purchase rashan items at a discount.

Don’t worry if you’re initially rejected from the program; there’s still a straightforward process for qualification if you were previously disqualified. If you didn’t receive discounted goods from the Rashan program, you can easily obtain a SIM card through the Raiyat program.
